My Story
From Overload to Empowerment
I'm Lea, born and raised in the beautiful Münsterland region of North Rhine-Westphalia and living in Düsseldorf now.

My yoga journey began in my late 20s and startet to get more serious, when my body started sending me clear signals asking me to change my lifestyle. At that time, I was felling exhausted in my job, went to the gym daily for cardio sessions, and my eating habits were a disaster. I was constantly pushing my limits, both physically and mentally, and found myself exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from my body.

Yoga came into my life as a much-needed space to reconnect, slow down, and find strength from within. It wasn’t just about physical practice; it became a way for me to regain balance in my life and my mind. During this time, I was also dealing with hormonal imbalances and other health issues, which only deepened my need for a mindful approach to wellness.
One of the most powerful tools I discovered along the way was the yoga wheel. It brought creativity, variety, and fun into my practice. It helped me achieve poses I once thought were impossible – poses I had even been afraid to try, like the headstand. The yoga wheel gave me the confidence to rewrite my story and shift the narrative I had been telling myself about my limitations.

After my pregnancy, the yoga wheel became my go-to for regaining strength and confidence in my body. It has truly been my personal challenger and a source of empowerment. Today, I feel stronger than ever, not only physically but mentally as well. I’ve conquered fears and achieved milestones I never thought possible – like the headstand, which I now love, sliding into splits, and embracing deep backbends with ease and freedom.

As I experienced the transformative effects yoga had on me, I felt inspired to share this journey with others. I wanted to deepen my practice and take my passion further, so I decided to do a teacher training. In 2024 I completed a yoga wheel teacher training and after that I did a 200-hour teacher training in the transformative method. These trainings opened new doors for me, allowing me to guide others in their own transformative journeys.

Yoga has taught me that transformation isn’t just about physical achievement – it’s about connecting with your inner strength, challenging your own limits, and rewriting your story.
