1. Geltungsbereich
Für alle Bestellungen über unseren Online-Shop gelten die nachfolgenden AGB. Unser Online-Shop richtet sich ausschließlich an Verbraucher.

Verbraucher ist jede natürliche Person, die ein Rechtsgeschäft zu Zwecken abschließt, die überwiegend weder ihrer gewerblichen noch ihrer selbständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit zugerechnet werden können. Unternehmer ist eine natürliche oder juristische Person oder eine rechtsfähige Personengesellschaft, die bei Abschluss eines Rechtsgeschäfts in Ausübung ihrer gewerblichen oder selbständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit handelt.

2. Vertragspartner, Vertragsschluss, Korrekturmöglichkeiten
Der Kaufvertrag kommt zustande mit The Yogavee.
Mit Einstellung der Produkte in den Online-Shop geben wir ein verbindliches Angebot zum Vertragsschluss über diese Produkte ab. Sie können unsere Produkte zunächst unverbindlich in den Warenkorb legen und Ihre Eingaben vor Absenden Ihrer verbindlichen Bestellung jederzeit korrigieren, indem Sie die hierfür im Bestellablauf vorgesehenen und erläuterten Korrekturhilfen nutzen. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, indem Sie durch Anklicken des Bestellbuttons das Angebot über die im Warenkorb enthaltenen Produkte annehmen. Unmittelbar nach dem Absenden der Bestellung erhalten Sie noch einmal eine Bestätigung per E-Mail.

Wir speichern den Vertragstext auf unseren Systemen, die jedoch für Sie nicht zugänglich sind.

Wir versenden die Produkte an die im Bestellprozess angegebene Lieferadresse.
Wir liefern nur im Versandweg. Eine Selbstabholung der Ware ist leider nicht möglich.
Wir liefern nicht an Packstationen.

Im Bestellprozess geben Sie Ihre Kreditkartendaten an. Ihre Karte wird unmittelbar nach Abgabe der Bestellung belastet.

Um den Rechnungsbetrag über den Zahlungsdienstleister Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA („Apple“) bezahlen zu können, müssen Sie den Browser „Safari“ nutzen, bei Apple registriert sein, die Funktion Apple Pay aktiviert haben, sich mit Ihren Zugangsdaten legitimieren und die Zahlungsanweisung bestätigen. PayPal kann registrierten und nach eigenen Kriterien ausgewählten PayPal-Kunden weitere Zahlungsmodalitäten im Kundenkonto anbieten. Auf das Anbieten dieser Modalitäten haben wir allerdings keinen Einfluss; weitere individuell angebotene Zahlungsmodalitäten betreffen Ihr Rechtsverhältnis mit PayPal. Die Europäische Kommission stellt eine Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung (OS) bereit, die Sie hier finden.
Wichtiger Hinweis: Die Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung (OS) wird zum 20.7.2025 endgültig eingestellt. Die Einreichung von Beschwerden auf der OS-Plattform wird daher bereits am 20.3.2025 eingestellt. Zur Teilnahme an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle sind wir nicht verpflichtet und nicht bereit.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

The purchase contract is concluded with The Yogavee.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to enter into a contract regarding these products. You can place our products into your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

We store the contract text in our systems, which are not accessible to you.

4. Delivery Conditions
Delivery Options
We ship the products to the delivery address provided during the order process.
We only deliver by shipping. Self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.

Important Note: The ODR platform will be permanently shut down on July 20, 2025. Submission of complaints through the ODR platform will already be discontinued on March 20, 2025.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
